The sale was really good Patrick got me a really good price for my house. I was really pleased with the photos of the house for the add and the presentation of the sign. Patrick is easy going and a nice bloke he gave me little design tips for the presentation of the house to help make a quick sale and since I don't drink champagne he got me a bottle of bourbon.
