Paul was very professional and kept me well informed, his attention to detail was excellent. I found Paul to be very honest and easy to talk to, I would have no hesitation in recommending him and have done so already.

We were not sure if the timing was right to sell our house and downsize to an apartment so talked to several agents to test the water and to see what might be on the market to suit us a replacement. We met Paul at a property he was showing and were impressed by his friendly and professional manner. In selling, Paul was the most upfront with the question of whether our expectations were realistic. We liked the fact that he was quietly confident that he could match us with the right buyer and while being supportive of our wishes was not "pushy". He succeeded in finding that buyer at our required price within 24 hours. Fortunately the property that Paul had shown us earlier was still on the market and suited our requirements so we were able to have our sale and purchase both through Paul. He was very helpful in our purchase and arranged with the tenant for us to inspect the property on several occasions. None of our requests for information or inspections were too much trouble and we can't speak highly enough about his professionalism. We have recommended him to several friends who are interested in listing their properties in the near future.
