From the very first phone call, Paul was outstanding. I called him late morning to explain our situation and he called me back within about 10 minutes and really listened to us. Others in the area didn't listen properly or didn't even call us back at all. He also met me at our property the same day to view it. He give us market intel and help on how we should approach our sale with its current state needing a basic renovation, what needed to be done, and how to maximize our sale. He came with a property report on our house in the area, what we should expect and advised what he believed we were able to achieve on our target price. We were again most impressed. He also then the following day organized quotes for the necessary work that needed to be done to achieve the desired outcome, this isn't normally part of a Real Estates job, but Paul said he was very willing to do what was necessary to help us get our house on the market as we needed to sell quickly. Where do you start? We met Paul when he sold our friends house and we found some of his claims to be a bit over the top, like we should sell in a week, but he did. With our house he said we should sell quickly, the range he gave us was accurate and within our expectations. Originally we were against a photo board (our street was very quiet) but we listened to the expert and did everything he suggested. Our house sold in 3 weeks for a price that was very acceptable and within the range he had given us. Pauls negotiating skills are first rate, the original offers were very low and we thought we may have to accept a lower price as the market had slowed due to the time of year (winter).
