The Harcourts team did a great job in pitching the house to the target audience and I was very pleased with the pre-auction process. Unfortunately only one bidder at the auction and the property passed in well below reserve. This was a little unexpected (hence the loss of one star out of 20). The subsequent follow up with interested parties did result in a sale subject to finance and at a price I was comfortable with, so Paul earned his keep in that stage of the sale.
