When it came time to sell my Fathers house, I met several agents and had formal proposals with two. Peter's proposal was slightly more expensive, but the service he provided, before and during the sales campaign was excellent. He dealt with the existing tenants to ensure they were supportive and kept me informed regularly on campaign progress. I was very happy with the sales result too. I would definitely use him again if I was selling a house in the bayside area.

I had done an online investigate of realtor in general and had an idea of what the span of commissions were at that time. I came to Peter Hickey due to a recommendation by my neighbor and my financial adviser. When I ask Peter about his commission, he responded that I could get a lower commission percentage from others, but if I wanted someone who knows the local market and are good at what they do, then he would be the one to go with. Confident. You bet, and with good reason. He did exactly what he said he would do, and his estimate for other costs was with in $3.00. He did a lot of hand holding with me.
