Peter has always kept us up to date on the market over the years we have known, so when it came time to sell the decision was easy on who to choose. The decision was the right one. We set a dream price that we wanted to achieve and Peter didn't bat an eyelid in trying to achieve that price. In the end despite the property passing in at auction Peter successfully achieve our dream price through negotiation with the party it passed into and at no point suggested we should move from our price! When I was faced with the need to sell my house, and having had little experience with the sale of realestate, I was also faced with the need to select a Realestate Agent. I knew that a friend, George, had sold his house, and had purchased a block of land, on which he had recently built a lovely new house.
