When thinking about investing, I started to have a look around at what was available in the local area and found myself attending an open house which was held in Kellyville Ridge. I met with a young man working for LJ Hooker who was representing the townhouse for sale, we had a conversation which led Phillip Nicolas coming to our home for an appraisal. Phil came prepared, he had done his homework, presented himself very professionally, he was articulate and knowledgeable. We had decided to sell our home and upgrade instead of investing in another property at the time, which led us to buy a block of land in North Kellyville, which we were going to build on. The land was not registered at the time and Phil said he would keep in touch with us, to keep us informed of the current market conditions and see where we were up to. Phil kept his promise, he managed the relationship beautifully, never pushy, always polite and respectful, but always kept his word. If Phil said he would call by a certain time, he would, so when the house was ready to go the market, Phil was our ONLY choice of agent to go with. We did not look at anyone else to sell our home. I felt that Phil would be able to negotiate well, he would get the best price for us and he had the market knowledge which gave him the credibility to get the job done....and he did. I would highly recommend Phil to anyone and I have, I find Phil to be honest, credible and professional. Whilst Phil is a great relationship builder he has a certain strength that enables him to stay on track and get the best price. Phil does not come across as a cheesy 'Salesman' thanks goodness. I have actually used Phil as an example to my team of Sales people of recruiters, from the first meeting and the impression he left, through to the management of the process and the outcome.
