Our unit sold within weeks of putting it on the market. We had excellent feedback on what potential buyers would pay for our property and with that information Rachel was able to negotiate a very good price for us. Rachel and her assistant Nicole kept us updated on the progress of the sale at all times and nothing was too much trouble for them including trying to find us another unit to buy. Highly recommend having a chat with Rachel if you are considering selling or buying, you won't be disappointed. Karen and Mark.

Rachel was easy to work with and always answered calls and queries. She had a great knowledge of the surrounding area of where we sold our home and was always happy to pass on relevant information. Our home was sold and we were able to move on to pastures new 😁

Rachel and her assistant provided me a great level of service and got my sale completed fast. The initial options and approach to how to best market my home was greatly appreciated and the results showed. At the time of putting my property on the market Rachel went on leave but her assistant was there to pick up the slack. Overall really happy however communication on occasions was a bit under par (but I'm willing to forgive this as Rachel herself did go on leave for a period of time).

Negotiations were very easy and prompt, very happy with the outcome, I would not have any hesitation to deal with Rachel again if the occasion called for it. Thanks Rachel and Nicole :) I am very happy here

Rachel, I would like to THANKYOU with all my heart on the unyielding advice, direction and eventual sale of my house. I would highly recommend you to any prospective client wishing to sell their home. I contacted Rachel for an appraisal on my house; along with two other agents. My house was not in an excellent state due to ‘unruly’ tenants. Rachel stood out amongst these agents; she had suggestions for the best ‘course’ I could take in getting my property for sale. Rachel’s professionalism, knowledge and, at times, guiding advice was outstanding.... I can’t speak more highly of someone! Rachel had an insurmountable challenge but this did not phase her. Her regular phone calls and email reports kept me up-to-date on how my property was faring in the market; her encouragement, knowledge of the industry and calming ‘down to Earth’ professionalism is exceptional! My ‘purchasers’ had to sell their home to buy my house - within weeks, Rachel had signed up buyers for my ‘purchasers’ home. 3 happy ‘parties’ and an insurmountable challenge complete - THANKYOU Rachel!

It was nice to have a most helpful, knowledgeable and non pushy agent help us in purchasing our property at Trinity Beach. Rachel made herself available at any time to assist us and we cannot be more highly complimentary of her. We look forward to meeting up with her after settlement is complete.

Rachel is professional and friendly. She was a pleasure to deal with and I will recommend her to all my family and friends.

Rachel made selling our house stress free and so simple. She was professional, helpful and extremely dedicated to getting the most out of our property.
