Rachel and her assistant provided me a great level of service and got my sale completed fast. The initial options and approach to how to best market my home was greatly appreciated and the results showed. At the time of putting my property on the market Rachel went on leave but her assistant was there to pick up the slack. Overall really happy however communication on occasions was a bit under par (but I'm willing to forgive this as Rachel herself did go on leave for a period of time).
