Rachel was helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. She went way beyond with just selling the property and her ability to handle uncooperative tenants was outstanding. A lovely person with many skill and a great understanding of her market.

All my dealings with Rachel have been positive. She has a strong knowledge of the local market and a very open and honest manner which made me feel I could trust her in my negotiations and when requesting her opinion. She was always prompt with a reply and helpful with every enquiry. Would highly recommend her.

You were fantastic Rachel your a step above the rest in every way and after bad experiences with 2 other agents in the area it was a pleasure to deal with a professional .

I am very happy with the service that Rachel provide me. Everything went very smooth, she always kept me well informed about the selling of the property. I definitely recommend her , very thankfully with her service.

Rachel was always so helpful and accommodating to myself and my partner when buying our first home/investment property. While stressful, she made the process easier and she answered our “stupid” questions. Thanks Rachel!

Rachel knows the industry back to front and was able to smooth any hiccups we had without any stress!

Smooth sale. Always kept us informed.

Rachel has extensive knowledge of the Trinity Beach area and real estate market. As I had just moved here from NSW, she explained the process for purchasing a property in QLD and took me through the contract in great detail. During the period from contract signing to settlement, Rachel and her team kept in regular contact with me. I would recommend Rachel to friends and family.

Did an excellent job.

From our first meeting in Trinity Beach , we knew Rachel would be the best person to sell our apartment - She is very personable and professional . As we are residing in WA communication was not as easy . Rachel made it very easy and was very reassuring throughout the process and we believe Rachel went beyond what agents in the past have been prepared to do or recommend . Never pushy just informative and to the point . Thanks Rachel and all the best . Many thanks Andrew and Tihana Sharp- South Fremantle Western Australia.

Rachel, has taken the trouble to follow up with us at all points of the purchase process. In our experience she has been much more diligent than other agents we have dealt with.

Rachel was efficient and knowledgeable. had my property sold very quickly. I highly recommend
