We were very impressed with the professional manner in which Rachael handled the purchase of our property at 157 Roberts Drive, Trinity Beach. Apart from a few minor glitches in securing the 10% deposit, due to misleading information given to us from Anita's Super fund which forced us to extend the settlement period by only 6 days resulting in a penalty of an extra $1600.00 which, in our opinion, was unfairly excessive. In NSW, if the settlement period needs to be extended by mutual agreement through no fault of the buyer, there is no such penalty involved.
