Amazing helpful in do/don’ts , things that needed changing, reports on property that were required. Being a first time seller it was nice to have someone that you felt was looking after you. We spoke with other agents but they appear to have there interests in mind. I couldn’t be be more happier than having a great agent, great outcome , all 🟰 a better future Regards T Bone
Very strong market knowledge gave great information
Having known Rachel for many years I had the pleasure of using her and her professional expertise in selling our dads beloved unit which in it self is hard to deal with loosing a family member and having to sell property Rachel had our full trust and support in making this process easy and pain free and would highly recommend her and the LJ Hooker team to anyone thanks again for you wonderful work and your sensitivity in making it possible to sell so quickly
Rachel "Ned" is a fantastic agent, we couldn't of got the price we did for my Fathers place in Australind without her, she was very easy to comunicate with and kept us up to date with the progress of the property, she is amazing at her job and nothing was a problem no matter how big or small, we where very lucky to of had Rachel to represent us and would highly recomend her for anyone wanting to sell, she's a lovely person with a big heart.. Thankyou again Ned* xx
Ned helped and organised multiple contractors to complete inspections after the sale went unconditional, went above and beyond with everything and never complained once. Gave us advice on future endeavours and offered a helping hand whenever we needed. She was quick, straightforward and a pleasure to work with. High recommending for buying from and I assume no different with selling with. 10/10 would use if we ever sold.
Ned went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. She even managed to get the property settled weeks ahead of time. Would recommend her to everyone.
We were absolutely wrapped with the service Ned and her team provided to us. Ned went above and beyond her duties as a selling agent to ensure the process was as smooth as possible and we had peace of mind every step of the way. Ned's character is something I feel you don't see often in the industry. She is a genuine and honest woman that takes pride in her work and genuinely cares for her clients. 10/10 would buy or sell through Team Ned again!
Ned went well above and beyond selling my house and getting the best price. She was there every step of the way and even helped when I was having problems with the house I was buying, which was with a different real estate. Thank you Ned your commitment to your profession is a credit to you and I would recommend her to everyone .
Highly recommended, super helpful agent. I'm very happy with her service. Thank you so much Ned.
Ned has sold a couple of houses for me and I would never work with anyone other than her. She is warm, friendly and above all, professional and trustworthy. When I’m looking to buy my next property in the future, there is no question as to who my agent will be Ned is just amazing and if I could give her 100 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would
Rachel “Ned” McLeod-Patterson & team were very professional, efficient and with great personal skills. They did a brilliant job, thank you all
