Rae differed from a lot of other agents we've met in the past. Being the purchaser of a property in a multi offer situation we expected that we'd probably not be a priority customer. That couldn't have been further from the truth with Rae. She always kept us well informed and up to date throughout the process and had plenty of time to answer any queries we had. She is extremely friendly and each time we spoke it was more like having a chat with a friend. I cannot tell you how thrilled and impressed I was by Rae Smith's work in selling 103 Abbott Street for me . On EVERY level she was totally professional knowledgeable consultative and charming. I didn't have to concern myself with any aspect of this exercise, as Rae was always one step ahead on all levels. Of particular importance let me emphasise the 2 open home sessions where Rae did not consider nor employ anything that was not considerate of the goal at hand.
