I cannot tell you how thrilled and impressed I was by Rae Smith's work in selling 103 Abbott Street for me . On EVERY level she was totally professional knowledgeable consultative and charming. I didn't have to concern myself with any aspect of this exercise, as Rae was always one step ahead on all levels. Of particular importance let me emphasise the 2 open home sessions where Rae did not consider nor employ anything that was not considerate of the goal at hand. I would encourage all real estate agents (of whom I have long experience) to note Rae's practice on this.
