Ray has been friendly and welcoming at every inspection we attended. He has been very accommodating, and great at communicating with us at every stage. He has made purchasing an apartment an easy process, especially in such a daunting market to first home buyers.
Ray is a gentleman. From the day we sat down to discuss my sale to today, signing the contract, Ray has been a complete professional. He has a very pleasant nature and is easy to talk to. Thank you Ray for the great result. I’ve enjoyed working with you. Absolutely recommend Ray and his expertise.
It has been a pleasure to have Ray as our agent. He worked diligently and tirelessly to help us achieve a sale price that we were satisfied with. He was very knowledgeable about the local area and the market and managed our expectations well. Ray also kept us updated consistently throughout the process with calls and emails and was very professional to deal with. He is a fantastic agent and we couldn’t recommend him more highly.
THANK YOU Ray, you are ABSOULTELY FANTASTIC!!! You made selling an apartment such a breeze! Me and my family were so lucky to met you. It was wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. You really care about every single client. The whole selling process was simple, easy, and most importantly the property sold very quickly with a good price even when the property market was not strong at all. Your professional suggestions and strategies helped us understand what was happening every step of the way. If I can, I will defiantly choose Ray to sell my next property.
Ray really made the whole experience very easy. Clear communication. What ever he communicated, he delivered. In term of price and duration, even better than what had said.
Ray is a super friendly, yet professional and responsible agent. He made our experience and success in looking for a property a very smooth yet fun journey. He always went above and beyond with his helpfulness and knowledge.
We interviewed with quite a lot of agents but Ray is at last our choice because he shows professionalism and accountability. He is considerate, efficient and giving us the confidence of selling our property. Thanks a lot Ray!
Ray is really hard working and professional and brings the required amount of hustle needed to get the job done. He was proactive in communicating with us and made sure our expectations were realistically managed through the campaign. He also knows the St Leonards market inside out!
It was a pleasant experience to work with Ray on selling our apartment. Ray updated us frequently about the inspection results. He has a good insight into the market, and always tells us to be patient. I would recommend Ray to anyone who is considering selling their property.
During the entire purchasing process, Ray was extremely professional, friendly, and was very receptive to our preferences. It is also clear that he has extensive knowledge of the suburb of St Leonards as well as surrounding areas. I look forward to liaising with Ray again in the future.
Ray helped with my first property purchase by being kind and patient. His professionalism and ability to answer all of our questions was delightful. Ray operated with a high level of efficiency and conducted all paperwork/ checks etc for the property in a timely manner.
