Recently bought a property in St Leonards through Ray Liu, the agent of McGrath Crows Nest. It was such a fast and easy process. Ray was very attentive to all our requests. Always made time for us to inspect and re-inspect the place without any problem. He went through the place and building inside out with us and gave us so many helpful information about the place, the building, and the market. Provided us super quickly with all documents and requirements we need for the settlement. Thanks Ray for all your help and efforts.

Navigating a property sale is a challenging matter. We placed trust and confidence in Ray to help realise the sale of our property. Ray is the consummate professional and kept us informed throughout the campaign and I have no hesitation in recommending Ray as the right agent to take care of the sale.

Ray has made the purchasing of my property easy and less stressful than the usual. He was on top of all issues and was able to come back with a resolution very quickly.

Great experience working with Ray

Ray has been very professional and easy to communicate with. He will be straightforward with you and will always find time to answer your queries. He will always answer your detailed questions patiently and always be responsible. Thank you Ray for making this process smooth for first home buyer like myself.

Ray was a pleasure to work with on the sale of our apartment. Ray was more than happy to support us as first-time sellers - he communicated clearly with us about all aspects of the process from start to finish, and was endlessly patient with all our questions and phone calls. He gave us a plan of action for the sale and executed it brilliantly, in a market that appears to be changing rapidly! We were extremely happy with the whole process and would recommend Ray in a heartbeat.

Ray was able to source an excellent 2 bedroom apartment off market only 2 weeks after I gave him the instructions of what I want. The whole process was smooth and no hassles. Contracts were exchanged 2 days after I inspected the property. Excellent service and supports provided by McGrath Crows Nest as well!

Ray had made the sale process so easy for us. He is knowledgeable and gave us his true opinions. He also kept us informed all the way through. He is friendly, so easy to talk to, and made a potential stressful event uneventful. Thanks Ray.

Ray is a pleasure to deal with. He was able to expertly organise and project manage a cosmetic renovation of my property before it went on the market, arrange all of the photography and marketing, then successfully navigate through some challenging market conditions to find a buyer for my property within the target price range. I moved interstate before the renovations began - not once during the renovations or the sales campaign were there any problems with people being unable to get access to the property when required, or anything that necessitated me being there in person. His rates were very competitive and knowledge of my local market was excellent. I would happily recommend his services.

Ray worked hard to ensure we had a good flow of offers and sold before auction
