Ray works with Integrity. We really appreciated his Patience, Compassion and Kindness with us throughout the whole process. His Great communication and Attention to detail was very important to the great result we achieved. He has all the qualities that a great agent you would wish for. Truly an advocate for our cherished home. From our hearts, Thank you Ray.
Recently we met Ray at a open home we attended of a property he was selling. Immediately I was impressed. Ray’s professional approach and enthusiasm was very evident. I felt at ease talking with him and although we missed out on that property we found the home we were looking for only a matter of weeks later. Ray was handling that sale as well and within 3 days of inspecting that unit it was ours. We negotiated a price with the vendor prior to auction and it was accepted. I must say Ray had a very busy day on the phone that day dealing with the vendor and ourselves and at all times I knew I was in good hands and felt totally at ease throughout the negotiations. I can’t recommend Ray any more than to say he is genuinely the BEST AGENT I have ever dealt with. You will not be disappointed with Ray and I will definitely have no hesitation in buying or selling with him again anytime in the future.
Ray is very personably and helpful. This is my first experience so he has been extremely patient with me and incredible helpful I really enjoyed my interactions with Ray. He was always available or always return phone calls and voicemails and texts. This is very important and gives a lot of credibility and assurance
I have worked with a few agents in and around St Leonards, in the past few years. Ray is the only one I'd work with again and recommend to my friends. He is one of the very few, able to sell wide range of properties, including the top end of St Leonards luxury apartment market, where other agents fail. I see him as one of the future stars of Lower North Shore real state business.
Our customer experience with Ray Liu was fantastic. Always reliable and giving us guidance and updates through the entire journey. His expertise in the field, attention to detail and excellent customer service make him the best agent in St Leonards, Crowsnest and surrenders.
