He reached out to the renters in the apartment and arranged a few private inspections before the property advertised public, trying to save us some money. He is very thorough. He sent me an email every week so summarize the two inspections during the week, listing all the attendees and interested buyers, as well as their feedback about the property. He is honest and realistic. He doesn't exaggerate the price he can sell so we don't have unrealistic expectations. Most important of all he is handsome. He has a very friendly and trustworthy look and he really is what he looks like.

Ray was the sellers agent but from the first time I met him I felt like he was working for me. I was there for the first opening and new I wanted the place but it was a little bit above my budget. My wife and I wanted a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with 1 car in St Leonards. We had a strict budget of $1.5 million as first home buyers eligible for the Property Tax Choice. We knew we only had 3 months to purchase before that concession would end. We also knew our budget was low and probably unrealistic. We had never met or spoken with Ray previously. Nonetheless, I was impressed with sales record based on the "recent sales" reports we received. I sent Ray an unsolicited e-mail explaining our situation. I expected it would probably be ignored. To our surprise, Ray was genuinely interested in helping and he was very proactive. He called me to ask for more details (budget, finance readiness, etc). He then contacted me over following weeks to arrange inspections of two properties that matched our wish list. The second property was ideal. In fact, we consider it much better than we had realistically been hoping to find with our budget. The vendor was keen to exit very quickly.
