Ray is the best agent I have ever been with. He is very proactive. He reached out to the renters in the apartment and arranged a few private inspections before the property advertised public, trying to save us some money. He is very thorough. He sent me an email every week so summarize the two inspections during the week, listing all the attendees and interested buyers, as well as their feedback about the property. He is honest and realistic. He doesn't exaggerate the price he can sell so we don't have unrealistic expectations. Most important of all he is handsome. He has a very friendly and trustworthy look and he really is what he looks like.

Ray was the sellers agent but from the first time I met him I felt like he was working for me. I was there for the first opening and new I wanted the place but it was a little bit above my budget. Instead of saying he wouldn't accept any offers until the property had been on the market for a couple of weeks. He sat me down to convince himself I was serious and then approached the seller that day. Through numerous phone calls late at night and on the weekends we were able to come to an agreement which both the seller and I were happy with. And in 6 days I had the house of my dreams.
