Ray kindly helped me with care through the process of purchasing a unit and was very patient in answering my queries. I can highly recommend Ray to anyone needing a Real Estate Agent who has a professional manner and amazing knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble.
Working with Ray has made what is a stressful experience much easier. His commitment to the job and communication with me throughout the process was greatly appreciated.
Ray is an excellent agent. He showed great professionalism throughout the whole purchase process. All our questions were effectively answered and all our requests/ enquiries were promptly responded to. He worked extremely hard to satisfy the needs of both seller and buyer. His outstanding service is highly commended.
Received great advice and service from Ray Liu. Sold our investment property off market at a price we were satisfied with. Very professional
I have known Ray Liu for the last four years. I think he is the best Agent in our area. Ray is amazing and he has been updating of all the sales he had done in our area.He has a deep understanding of the market environment When I decided to sell my property I went straight to Ray.He made things easy too for me to decide on the price. I cannot express enough gratitude for the excellent service he gave me and within a week I sold my property
Ray is nice person, he is very professional and supportive to his clients. And i am happy with his service.
We appointed Ray to sell our property, a 3 bedroom apartment in St Leonards which had been our home for 13 years. He was excellent in all phases of the sale. Prior to appointing him, Ray had sold many other apartments in the building and so was able to demonstrate his understanding of the building, its surrounds, its key selling features and had a deep pool of buyers he could draw from that have missed out on the other apartments he has sold. He spoke to us several times before he even knew we wanted to sell, to understand us and to build a relationship of trust. After appointing Ray, he was very clear about the marketing strategy he wanted to follow and the reasons for it. We had some particular reasons why we wanted to go down a different approach, and he was very respectful and was happy to support the approach we preferred and had examples of where he had used that approach previously. His explanation of the process, how he would answer questions, and how he would elicit demand from buyers was very clear and well thought through (much better than other agents that take a "trust us it will be fine" approach). Once the property went on the market, Ray took all of the hassle away from us. He organised and co-ordinated the styling, the marketing and we sold at the top end of our expectations and faster than we thought was possible. During the sale process, Ray treats the property as though it is his own - it really feels like he is trying to get the best outcome for the vendor. He worked after hours right till the end of the sale process. Most agents would have not put in that additional effort. If you are thinking about your next sale, do not hesitate to appoint Ray. He really delivered for us and went above and beyond our expectations.
Ray is a good man who works on relationships - perhaps five years with this seller, always ready to update one with the latest info, unassuming. And when the time came, Ray sold the property in 5 days - without a single open home (he really did have a list of prospective buyers). And his knowledge of the market and diplomatic skills came in very handy then. Happy parties all around. I would deal with Ray again and believe anyone, buyer or seller, would too.
Very smooth buying experience with Ray, he is professional and specializes in this community.
We had a fantastic experience working with Ray Liu. His professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were exceptional. From start to finish, he demonstrated a deep understanding of the market and guided us through every step of the process with ease. What impressed us the most was his ability to balance thoroughness with approachability, making the experience both efficient and enjoyable. We highly recommend Ray Liu to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and easy-to-work with real estate agent.
Ray Liu was very supportive and professional in helping us secure our current apartment
Having bumped into Ray at numerous open houses, we were lucky to get to know him. Ray’s knowledge & understanding of the market in & around St Leonards proved invaluable. Ray helped us secure our family unit in the area of our choice. His manner before, during and after the purchase was courteous & professional. We are so happy he was our agent of choice.
