I was more than happy with the process and Rob kept me reassured during this time when things slowed down however the sale was completed within timing that suited us. He presented our home very professionally on the web and understanding when arranging site inspections. Rob also was very knowledgeable of the processes involved regarding legal, building reports and other considerations. Robs polite and friendly liaison with us was much appreciated.
