We had Rob and one other agent appraise our property. Rob was confident in his substantially higher estimate and also confident of where in the market the likely buyer would come from. He was spot-on with both, and sold our property in 10 days. When this happens some people say "Well the price must have been too low". We do not think that was the case, in fact, we thought we would struggle to get the asking price. Rob was deservedly confident. He was enthusiastic about taking our sale and got the desired result. He arranged for some terrific photos taken for the on-line advertising - so good, that I thought they were a cut above other agent's photos and made our place stand-out on the on-line real estate forums.
