Promised up to date reports each week about open homes/feedback and did not receive one despite asking and reconfirming email address. Was unaware of all offers made on the property. Did not communicate with all parties involved in sale equally.
Robbie was a very helpful agent when we purchased our house. He always contactable no matter what day/time it was, he gave us private viewings of the property that to help with our limited availability and helped cater for building & pest inspections on a tight timeframe. He was honest and straightforward in his communication and we would be happy to deal with him again in future.
Against all odds /competition Robbie was true to his word!! It is very unusual to deal with an such an HONEST /NO BS operator. Sold in 3 weeks how good!!!
Well, where do I start. Robbie is the Ultimate Real Estate Professional. You name it, he was subjected to the absolute worst scenarios to deal with. Just picture this, two elderly people getting a divorce, both with a touch of dementia and one with a heavy dose of narcissism. Robbie battled through this massive challenge like you would not believe. Thanks to Robbie, the house was sold and all parties come out of the process relatively unscathed, Thanks Robbie, we will always be very grateful.

I can't express enough, the professionalism he showed in all manners, regarding how to market the house, what would make it more appealing to the buyers and what we could expect over the coming weeks.
