We got right at the top end of our aimed price range I was a bit nervous at the start of the campaign with respect to the figures being discussed but the slow cultivating and massaging of the potential buyers worked towards the end of the campaign to match my desire to look at offers prior to auction. He really listened to my needs and wants as a seller and always discussed fully the pros and cons of all decisions throughout the campaign. He was personally present at every open which speaks of his commitment and drive considering his workload. We obtained offers prior and he handled the offers with professionalism. This is when the agents negotiating skills and experience are paramount. Robert may look young but he is a seasoned and highly regarded representative of the Manningham real estate scene with a track record which is envied by his peers. He is very well spoken and always polite and impeccably presented. Of the many agents I vetted, he was the only one who immediately began to discuss all the finishes and features of the house inside out and fully appreciated the finished product. This was probably largely because he is a developer/renovator in his own right so he loves property and understands houses. This gives him an advantage when selling the virtues of a property I would thoroughly recommend Robert to sell your property in the area, he really does have all requisites covered. David
