No criticisms of agency at l. Transparent and helpful approach was always taken. Setting of sale price was well judged and realistic. Communication was regular and timely but not over the top. Commitments made were always followed through. Having dealt with the agency before I was not any way disappointed and the sale, whilst not urgent, occurred much faster than I had hoped for.

From initial dealings via phone before we drove down to Bega to meet Rod and property in person to after we moved in and Rod collecting our packages from the Post Office while we were away on holidays, Rod’s service has been second to none! Probably the best way to describe Rod to those who are shopping for an agent is that he is the least real estate agent-like real estate agent that we have come across. He is very open, honest, realistic and knowledgeable. He was able to help us navigate some complex community title dramas, and was very patient with us during some stressful times. He also offered to help us with some last-minute clean-up (which wasn't his problem to solve). Above all, he was able to get us a cash offer that was above our asking price, all within about 8 days of listing our property! We would be very happy to recommend Rod to anyone in the Bega Valley. Rod was simply a dream to work with throughout the whole experience. The level of communication was extremely pleasing with the right balance of keeping ourselves up to date without over complicating matters.
