I recently had the pleasure of working with Rowan, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. Rowan truly went above and beyond, being available 24/7 to guide me through the entire property purchase process. Their commitment and responsiveness were unmatched, making the experience smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for a dedicated real estate professional, look no further.

Rowan was fantastic! Really easy to communicate with, always followed up enquiries. As a first home buyer the experience is quite nerve racking. Rowan was very down to earth but always very professional which made the process all that much easier!

I highly recommend Rowan Thredgold for anyone in need of a very dedicated, well-spoken and reliable real estate agent. His professionalism, market knowledge and communication skills were exceptional. He guided me through every step of the process, ensuring a very smooth and successful transaction. My property was sold on the first weekend of being listed and attained a very favourable price that was a compelling amount higher than market predictions. A truly first-class agent, I'm very impressed with the work and results achieved.

Rowan is very down to earth and very responsive with all my queries along the procee of buying and selling. Excellent communicator!

Rowan is very professional, he was honest and open about the home from the get go. As a first home buyer he made me feel very assured and confident in my decision to purchase. I would be very happy in dealing with Rowan again.

We’d seen Rowan a few times at other properties before we found the place for us, and he had always taken the time to learn about our preferences and help address our concerns with each place in ways that were consistent with outside advice. We were really happy with the outcome, and felt like Rowan was fair in balancing the interests of the sellers and our own interests as the buyers; which meant a lot throughout the buying experience. Thank a for guiding us through our first home buying experience; and for making yourself available to all of our questions and extra inspections. We’d be happy to recommend Rowan as someone who you’d be lucky to have as your agent as a prospective buyer.

Working with Rowan has truly been a delight!! The entire experience was remarkably hassle-free, seamless, and swift. Rowan possesses an exceptional ability to understand what I want and effectively liaise with various parties on my behalf. Notably, he delivered outstanding results within an incredibly short timeframe, maintaining a respectful approach without any pressure—a refreshing departure from my previous experiences with other real estate agents. I wholeheartedly recommend Rowan and his team to other home buyers or sellers. Thank you, Rowan, you truly deserve a 6-star rating!

Rowan is great to work with, and is always happy to help in any way possible. Will most certainly work with him again in the future! Thanks again Rowan for all your hard work! Regards, Rob

This young man knows his business!! kept us informed at every stage. He and his team including Anthony have exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

I have bought one property through Rowan and have now sold two. He is extremely professional and honest, and it shows in his reviews. Nothing is too much trouble for Rowan, and he is always available to assist. Being able to show potential buyers through my property before the first open house meant an offer was made after only two days on the market. I couldn't be happier with Rowan and will always use his services when selling a property.

Rowan went above and beyond what was expected to help me sell the property. He was ALWAYS available for home inspections. The responsiveness was incredible. If he didn't pick up, he always called back in no longer than 5 minutes. I have already recommended him to my friends.

I found Rowans' service to be expectational. . His information was prompt and accurate. I found him to be trustworthy and very responsive, providing regular updates through the process. Also refreshing to meet an agent without the big ego! I highly recommend Rowan.
