I have a really positive experience when working with Rowan. He’s very quick in replying to my messages and helped me in getting my first house. He’s very professional in working. Because it was my first home, I have very limited knowledge about the process of settlement so Rowan has been very helpful in assisting me with that. When I asked if we can inspect the house before the settlement, he was very nice to spare some of his time to inspect it again after the auction. I’m very thankful and appreciate his help. I have been looking around the market for a few months and most of the agents were rude to the buyers, but Rowan was very nice and friendly. If I do sell my property in the future, I would get Rowan to assist me.
