Fantastic agent who will go out of her way to get results. Purchased a house she had listed after previous agent would not even organise an inspection. As soon as she had it under her listing, we were in to inspect and was able to negotiate a purchase price on the spot. Through out the settlement there were several challenges and Rowena went above and beyond to help try to negotiate issues with a difficult seller/solicitor. Would recommend to anyone buying or selling!
