Rowena's ability to negotiate is commendable. I found her very easy to work with and she did not hassle us to make a decision in regards to the sale of our property. She had the interest of both parties and provided some information which were important to us. Great skills in meeting people at their level. Fantastic work.

I could write an essay on my experience with Rowena…but instead I’ll put it in dot point form: - Dealt with a problematic tenant professionally and effectively - Had the property under Contract after a week of it being on the market - Was extremely dedicated to helping with the property sale even when she changed agencies during the exclusive agency agreement (if that doesn’t give you an idea of her commitment, I don’t know what would!) - As soon as I was able, I signed back on with her as she had been that good! - Realistic when it came to the sale of the property - Effectively facilitated the negotiation, taking into account both mine and the buyer's circumstances to come to the best outcome for everyone - Was very passionate, knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and genuine throughout the whole process Thank you, Rowena!
Rowena Gill is the real deal, she's honest, reliable and a winner. What I enjoyed about buying a house from her was her integrity. Yes, buying a house from! Rowena has more than justified the sole agency that I entrusted her with on the marketing of the property I recently listed for sale, she gave good advice and kept me well informed on the progress of the inspections of prospective purchasers and generally made the sale a very smooth operation I found her very easy to get along with ( does seem to have an obsession with flowers though )
