In what seems to be a competitive flat market Rowena provided me the correct advice and guidance (which correlated with other valuations I had sourced) to secured the buyer and sale in a good time frame. She was also able to negotiate the buyer up in price to get a fair value that I was happy with. She managed my current tenants with care and put them at easy during the process.
