As this was our first time purchasing a property we came into the experience very nervous, inexperienced and cautious about the whole process as we didn’t want to be ripped off or taken advantage of. Ryan's a legend. I met him at an open for inspection and admired how easy-going he was, with none of those typical 'salesy cringey spiels'. Just a real human, happy to have a chat. Then when we considered selling our place, we got him over for a chat. Both my husband I and felt/feel very comfortable in his presence. He guided us through getting a sense of what the market would be willing to pay, bringing a few people through our place before we officially decided to sell. It set us up for such success. Based on reality, not false hope. He kept us well up-to-date with where things we're at, and never pressured us into making a decision. We sold our place well above what we'd initially hoped for.
