Ryan is a true gem! He persisted when others would have given up. This property was very difficult to sell due to a number of contributing factors, mainly because the huge over supply of properties in and around the Highett Shopping Centre's two apartment blocks. It took almost more than a year to sell, with very few offers, well below the true value of the propery. Ryan even convinced his people to fund a styling company to decorate the aparment then, after the term expired convince the styling people, to leave it there for some months without charge. Ryan ran open inspections there every Saturday and sometimes on a Wednesday for the while time. He's a champion salesman and a champion bloke. Hooray for Ryan.
