Sam introduced performance based contracting approach to dealing with my sale, utilising a structured, pre-agreed incentive program to motive-ise high level of sale performance. During the advertising process, Sam presented achieved performance metrics which compared this sale process against previous baselines to enable expectation management on the sales process. At the time of researching the various offers, Sam was able to provide professional guidance on the various tenderers, and strove for the best outcome for me as the buyer. Overall, Sam's communication throughout the process enabled me to remain aware of where the process was going and enable me to best understand what options I had in terms of proceeding.
