We really can't rate the selling of our house, as the house sold itself! It was bought the same day as it officially went on the market, so really no advertising applied. However Sandy was very easy to work with & we were very happy with the video presentation etc. All the agents we met were nice & our decision to go with Bx Real Estate was (obviously) the right one.& we were pleased to sell quickly. We would love a copy of the house photos & the video if possible, as have no printer & only an android tablet. We would use this agency again, only criticism we have actually applied when we used the same agents to purchase Abercrombie house 19 years ago & that is no acknowledgement of the sale, or sense of thanks for placing our lovely home with your agency initially. Pettyissue but I remember the people we purchased from were given a large hamper (it was accidently left at our address) & I think that was a nice touch., especially in cases like ours when the sale is immediate.

Sandy was honest, helpful and made our sale run smoothly. Couldn't of been happier with the service we received from both him and Bathurst Real Estate.

A successful & stress free conclusion to our need to sell the property.

Would buy another property with Sandy

Sandy is a consistent salesman

Sandy found us our first home 🏡. We couldn't be happier with the house and the service he provided. He knew the type of house that we needed and what we could afford. He was able to match us up with a house that was perfect for us. He made the whole experience stress free, he was always approachable and easy to talk to. Sandy is a friendly and pleasant agent, there was no pressure as we looked through properties. We are very thankful that he was our agent!

As a buyer, I found Sandy to be honest, genuine and always ready to answer my questions at inspections or on the phone. A pleasure to do business with.

Sandy was pleasure to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable and didn't treat us like the property buying novices we are! Nothing was too difficult (or too stupid) to ask and he really helped us get a fantastic property for a great price.

The dealings we had with Sandy were excellent during the process of selling my son's house. He followed up weekly but was never pushy and if he said he would do something it was done. We found him extremely courteous and very positive. We would be very happy to recommend him. Helen Taylor

Sandy is a highly professional, hard working, punctual, honest, respectful agent and I would not hesitate to recommend him to everyone and will certainly call in him to sell my property when the time is right.

Always ready to answer my questions. Never pushy and kept me up to date with suitable properties that matched my specific criteria.

We have dealt with Sandy on a few occasions in the past in general and this is why we chose him to sell out house. We feel he is completely genuine & found him great to deal with from the start to finish. For our future sales projects we will certainly be giving Sandy a call again
