I first meet Santos when we invited him to present his credentials. From first impressions he came over as confident, knew his market, had a strong data base targeting our style of property. As it transpired the property due to restrictive Council DA conditions became difficult to meet expectations. Santos never gave up, staying motivated in the adverse conditions.
