From the first moment I sat down with Santos's his professionalism was evident. He takes his job, his reputation & his roll selling your biggest asset very seriously. Furthermore he charges nothing to project manage the entire renovation. He has his own dedicated team of tradesman & suppliers, personally oversees every aspect of the Reno. He has a very good understanding of current trends & knows exactly what styles will appeal to a broad demographic. He also has a very good eye for detail. We had a tight time frame - Santo & his team exceeded our expectations & got it done on time & on budget. At the end of the day we got top dollar thanks to Santos's hard work & dedication. He is a very easy to deal with, ethical agent, I can't recommend him highly enough!
