From when we first approached Scott we found him very motivated and knowledgeable about assisting with the selling of our property. Scott made recommendations that would assist in the sale of our property which was applied, this we believe assisted with the sale of our property. During the whole process from first approaching him to the final sale of our property he communicated very well which we were impressed with. We would highly recommend Scott to anyone who is selling their property

I really wanted a good agent but instead I got a GREAT agent! Scott delivered a positive selling experience from the get-go. He is, without doubt, a very approachable, kind and warmhearted person, Uncompromisingly Professional, thoroughly consistent, hardworking and always communicates well. Never missed an opportunity for an open home or a possible sale, has extensive local knowledge and is committed to a result. I knew if I found him approachable a buyer would also. Achieved a fantastic sale price in a competitive market. A five star job, would Highly Recommend him to anyone!

We have recently purchased a property in Windaroo and Scott was the selling agent. Scott was extremely helpful with his local knowledge and he made the buying process very easy. We were always able to contact Scott with our many questions and he was always willing to put us in contact with the appropriate people. We highly recommend Scott and his team at The Property Hub and thank them for making our purchase stress free.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with Scott Elms regarding the sale of our property at Edens Landing. Scott was extremely professional, courteous and helpful throughout the period of the sale. He always kept us well informed and although there were some challenges he gave us good advice and recommendations. I would have no hesitation in recommending Scott to manage the sale of any property knowing he would be very professional and helpful throughout the entire period of the sale. Yours Faithfully John and Kay Pickett

Scott has always shown excellent service on the Sale of my Elderly Mothers Resident. Scott always kept us well informed & always went above & beyond to assist us when ever we required it.

OUR HOUSE SOLD QUICKLY AND WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH SCOTT AND THE SMOOTH SALE OF OUR PROPERTY

Scott Elms is by far one of the best agents who we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with selling our home quick results hardworking and very knowledgable of the area and most importantly very loyal and communicative with both home owner and buyer, thinking of selling in the area pick up the phone and call Scott Elms he comes highly recommended by both us and many others in the area outstanding job Scott and thank you so much for helping us achieve positive results in this current market climate 👏👍😃😉

Scott Elms was very professional and personable at all times, with a genuine smile and approachable manner to put my daughter and I at ease. He kept me up to date with everything that was happening throughout the buying of the townhouse, even if it was just a quick phone call to re-assure me (nervously buying my first property on my own!). I would definitely recommend Scott to anyone thinking of buying or selling property in the area.

Scott has our seal of approval.

I highly recommend The Property Hub agent Scott Elms. Whilst I listed my home during the quieter months for sales, Scott marketed my home well and worked tirelessly holding open homes each weekend with good follow up to those who attended. He sold my home to buyers who I'm sure will enjoy living there as much as I did and negotiated the sale well, ensuring I received the value and sale conditions I had hoped for. His local knowledge and honest approach gave me confidence that I had chosen the best agent to sell my property and I would have no hesitation in listing or purchasing with him in the future.
