Scott was fantastic throughout the sales process, under trying conditions with multiple lockdowns. He continued to keep me well informed of the inspection process, the number of 'real' bidders for the property and executed a very competitive auction via Zoom with a great result.

Scott was fantastic. He went out of his way to advise me regarding fixing up the house in preparation for the sale. Was always available not only during the sale time but before while I was renovating the house. He was very supportive and encouraging while also noticing every detail and firm about suggestions such as the need for a new shower rod and curtain. Minor things on one level but they made a difference. Also Lauren who showed the house during the mid week inspections was so positive and enthusiastic and was continually in touch.
