Scott not only delivers good results, he invests in understanding about his client along with his extensive knowledge about real estate and in particular The Western suburbs. We highly reccomend Scott and his team, there services were second to none. We can't thank Scott and his team enough for selling our home and genuinely giving us a brilliant result.

Culminating in a successful sale at a price not far below the target range

Scott is a mover and a shaker in the industry. From start to finish he is honest, transparent and to the point. He is excellent in communicating each step of the process and providing great feedback on our property. To be honest I don't know why you would choose anyone else. Thank you again Scott.

Scott provided a professional yet personal service in the sale of my fathers property. I would be happy to recommend him to other prospective sellers.

We would thoroughly recommend Scotty! There is no one more knowledgable about the City Beach / Wembley Downs market. A pleasure to work with!

My wife and I could not be happier with the service we received from Scott and his team at Space Realty. I would recommend him to anyone thinking of listing their City Beach property for sale.

Scott's knowledge of the market is second to none. His application to the task of selling our property could not be better. His understanding of our requirements and his patience and guidance to us in achieving our purchase price were of the highest order..

We were extremely satisfied with Scott's interaction with us as potential home buyers. Scott was always pleasant and willing to listen and understand our needs rather than pushing his own agenda. Looking back at the process of buying the house, we can say without any doubt that Scott's dealings were transparent, credible and honest. We had the opportunity of interacting with many real estate agents during the process, but Scott's personality stands out above the rest. We have no hesitation in recommending Scott Swingler to our friends, colleagues and relatives.

Throughout the entire process of marketing and ultimately selling the property , we both were quite happy and content with the concurrent developments of all the issues involved , which occasionally required a lot of persuasion .

Scott ran a short sharp campaign and delivered a strong sales price that exceeded our expectation based on where we thought the market price was. Many thanks on a professional and timely sale.

It was a pleasure dealing with Scott when selling our property, nothing was too hard and we were kept informed throughout the process, and most importantly we got the price we wanted, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to our friends. Scott thank you very much

We have used Scott several times over the years to buy and sell our houses in City Beach, he has always achieved a good deal for us and goes the extra distance to make it happen.
