We have always told Scott Wilson that when we were in a position to sell our property we would appoint him as the agent. In other words he was on a promise with us. When we decided to sell we contacted Scott and he was very professional and knowledgable about the local market. He told us right from the start how much he thought our property would achieve and initially advertised it for slightly more, just to gauge the market.
