Having dealt with Scott when we first brought the property, we have found him to be very professional, a great communicator and honest in his suggestions. Given the COVID pandemic, Scott kept us up to date with the changes as they occurred but also had empathy for our tenant and her well being which was appreciated.
Mine is a long and protracted story, familiar to somewhere I initially selected the wrong real estate agents... twice. I believed their self promoting hype only to realise that they didn't know the market and quickly lost my trust. I did the research and called in R&W. Right from the outset Scott displayed confidence, there was no wild expectations set and Scott delivered what he said he would. Potential buyers at open homes were followed-up the same afternoon (this was a new experience) and I could expect a detailed briefing before cob. My property had been on the market too-long courtesy of the two previous two agents so this was not going to be an easy sell for Scott but he pulled it off and got me the elusive sale within 6-weeks. The post sale process has been professionally managed with regular updates from Scott. In summary, I can't recommend Scott highly enough. If you're looking to sell your property, don't risk your time and "sale" profit by using shiny suited agents with their flash cars and self promoting private number plates, head to R&W and ask for Scott Wilson.
It was certainly a challenge for Scott to sell our land especially as Covid 19 was being experienced during this period. Scott always kept us up to date with progress and I thank him for that and the sale. I’m sure he would put in 100% in all his listings. All the best for the future
