Scott was always friendly and approachable. He kept us informed every step of the way via phone calls, SMS and emails. He was knowledgeable about the house history and the particular issues which we might face with property in that area. We did however find the negotiating process frustrating. It may be that the seller was not transparent with Scott, as Scott's story of what would be a reasonable offer seemed to change over time as each of our increasing offers was rejected, and mid way through, the advertising was changed from a price range to a fixed price at the top end. We gave up for a while and looked elsewhere. After a few weeks Scott followed us up and encouraged us to try again, at which point our offer was accepted.
