I first met Scott about 4 months ago, he offered to pick me up from Woy Woy station to show me the house i enquired about, then he showed me a few more houses he thought i might be interested in, he then offered to drop me off anywhere on the peninsula, i decided to accept he's kind offer and he dropped me off at Umina as i have friends there. I found Scott to be polite, knowledgable, friendly, calm a great communicator and he kept in touch letting me know of new properties that would come on the market ( He's someone I would want working for me would I be selling my house ) After we concluded the negotiations and exchanged contracts, i asked Scott to approach the vendors as I wanted a few things left in the garage, he did't have to, the deal was done, but in true Scott style he asked and I got. He goes over and above to please, I finally purchased property, be it $5000 more then i wanted to pay, and it's all due to Scott's ability to negotiate. I wish Scott well and would have no hesitation to recommending him.
