Shad, as a real estate agent, accomplished for us what was an incredible result. The markets for the latter half of 2016 in Sydney were performing well - a distinct advantage. However, there has to be more than markets doing well. In that respect, Shad communicated well with my husband and I, laid out the market plan in a very detailed specific frame of time to us so that we, living in Zambia, Africa would be aware of what was going to happen. Communication was extremely important for us given our daily shortages of power and water. To have a update at week's end was brilliant. To that end we couldn't be more pleased with the way Shad and his team performed. My recommendation to any future seller would be to give Shad "an hour of your time" and see how it goes.
