Shane and David were fantastic to work with during the buying process. They were able to give us good information and answered all our questions. I was a little disappointed at the settlement as David hadn't followed up on some warranty documents he said he would and it would have been nice to get a card or cheap bottle of wine as congratulations on our first home.
