Shane new the market, brought many groups through the house using his network team. We met very 2 weeks and discussed the market, traffic through the house and surrounding sales. When it came time to review the sale price, it was backed by hard evidence to support the change. Very tough market where informed, validated data is King and needed by the Seller to help make decisions.
Shane and his team really made us feel at ease. Unfortunately we have had a few run ins with “dodgy” and “pushy” realestate agents who are all about getting paid. Shane and his team were welcoming, friendly and not at all pushy. They were more than happy to answer any questions we may have.
