Shana was very helpful and flexible during the purchase of this property. However, I enquired twice about the resident on the other side of the party wall. The only information I was given was that it was a single man and he worked. The information that was overlooked is that he plays the trumpet. Loudly. Often. This is not the safe, quiet environment I intended for my elderly mother. Although I know neighbours come and go, and some are better than others. I think when the question is directly asked, an honest answer is required.
