Having a past career in the service sector perhaps I am more sensitive to poor service. Shaun delivered a service that was beyond what I expected and beyond what I have received in the past. His dedication, determination and ability to deliver an outcome that we, as owners, were happy with, made us pleased we made the decision to engage his services. In a strong market selling a house that presented well perhaps isn't that hard. The skill is in handling the negotiation to deliver the best outcome for the owners.
