Very disorganised office - no contract / paperwork available till day of auction. Even then had to chase up to provide a copy. Almost didn’t bother turning up to auction. Then despite buying the property at auction the main agent couldn’t even be bothered to introduce himself and congratulate me, successful bidder. Shenal herself was always pleasant.

We met Shenal at another one of her properties and she took the time to really get to know us and our needs as buyers. She came across as personable, professional and knowledgeable about the market. Even though we didn't end up pursuing that property she kept us in mind for similar properties in the area. When a new property came up with another agent in her real estate team she notified us of the listing before it went on the market. We were also able to see photos before it was listed and therefore thoroughly research the property before the first open. She was on board during the whole process from initial inspection, through to the auction, settlement and moving in. She replied promptly to our emails and phone calls.
