Shenal was awesome from the start. Looked at property with no expectations. Shenal was open and friendly and had all detailed information about the property which is why we went ahead with the purchase. She understood our position and that of the seller and with some hard work negotiated an agreeable price for both parties. In this case everyone was a winner only due to Shenals perseverance and hard work. Thanks Shenal excellent work.

Shenal was enthusiastic and professional in the marketing of the property and maintained ongoing contact in regard to the progress of the sales campaign. Shenal did an excellent job and achieved a great result.

Shenal was excellent to deal with. She was attentive, informative and very responsive. Selling or purchasing a property is a daunting yet exciting process, so having an agent that made me feel valued and comfortable led to a great experience and a fantastic result. I highly recommend Shenal.

Shenal was brilliant. The whole selling a house experience was easy and problem free. Shenal sorted everything out for us and we ended up with a great result. I would definitely recommend her.

As first home buyers, we were very new to the whole process of purchasing a home. Shenal guided us through everything start to finish! She was super patient with us, and incredibly helpful, going out of her way to ensure everything was perfect. Shenal gave us excellent recommendations for a mortgage broker and conveyancer. She was super accessible and always reachable by phone. Shenal is an excellent agent and we would highly recommend her to buyers and sellers alike.
