Sheridan made himself available at all hours and conducted an open house during the Easter period. On one occasion he worked on a Sunday to test the market with an open house at midday. By conducting two open houses on Saturday (9am & midday) was good marketing. The time to sell our property seemed a bit to long, however, this was more to trying to sell before a general election than any fault of the agent. When a buyer was found and contracts signed we had less than two weeks for settlement and Sheridan kept us informed along the journey.
