Sheridan made himself available at all hours and conducted an open house during the Easter period. On one occasion he worked on a Sunday to test the market with an open house at midday. By conducting two open houses on Saturday (9am & midday) was good marketing. The time to sell our property seemed a bit to long, however, this was more to trying to sell before a general election than any fault of the agent. When a buyer was found and contracts signed we had less than two weeks for settlement and Sheridan kept us informed along the journey. Happy to recommend Sheridan to anyone selling or buying a property.
