Sheridan has been very professional throughout the sale of my property, from first contact. We have had many conversations and he was polite, respectful, and informative, a good listener and one hundred percent dedicated. We had a few setbacks with potential purchasers but Sheridan remained positive and maintained a "get it done attitude". I met Sheridan at a residence he had for auction. I always found him extremely helpful and there was never a problem for him to come out and open up the property if I required another inspection.
